Zimbabwe Diamonds: Chiadzwa Diamond Fields

Zimbabwe's Chimanimani diamond fields are located near the town of Chimanimani, around 100km south of Mutare. Chiadzwa lies in the province of Manicaland (Manyikaland), on the eastern boarder with Mozambique. This fertile, mountainous highlands region was known by the Swiss as the "Switzerland of Africa."
