More than 100 million diamonds are sold in the United States each year, yet most consumers know very little about the product they are purchasing, and how that product is valued.
If you are thinking of investing a significant amount of money in a diamond it may be in your best interest to have it tested and evaluated by a professional testing facility. Many of these gem labs work only with professional jewelers, and do not deal directly with the public.
